Clearwater worked with Lubetkin Prize and Stirling Prize winning and architects Wilkinson Eyre on the new Dyson Building at Gresham’s School.

Appointed by Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge to undertake the design of the refurbishment and remodelling of The Aston Webb Building.

The project is situated on Market Square, a grade II, five storey halls of residence including basement and a retail plinth of 7 shops.

The project a new Woodland Quad comprises of three new buildings on the Wellington College campus. The new buildings consist of a day house (Raglan House), 70 en-suite bedroom boarding accommodation (Victoria House) and Energy Centre.

Clearwater Norwich, on behalf of Integral Building Services, were employed to undertake the design of the mechanical and electrical services for the University of Bedfordshire Library.

Clearwater were employed by the main contractor R G Carter to review the M+E installation and oversea the commissioning management for the refurbishment of the two St Stephens Towers in Norwich from the previous Arriva offices to provide new living spaces for students, encompassing 702 rooms and a new link between the buildings.

Clearwater worked alongside MICA Architects to provide the mechanical and electrical design proposals for the development works forming part of the overall masterplan at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in Holborn London.

The scheme for Saffron Housing, a 58-apartment independent living scheme, over 3 storeys, situated in Acle on the Norfolk Broads consists of one and two bedroom apartments with communal facilities including restaurant, commercial kitchen, and hair salon.

Clearwater were commissioned by Integral Building Services to be their designers for the mechanical, electrical and public health services for the £33m independent living development at Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire undertaken by Vistry Partnerships.

Clearwater have been commissioned by Greystar and Tide Construction to be their designers and BIM Modellers for the building services for the Greenford Green 200m residential and commercial development being undertaken by Greystar

Working with BeWa Studio, Clearwater developed concept proposals through to Stage 4 tender for a the construction of a three-storey building to provide 5 residential units; one 3-bedroom and four 2-bedroom apartments in Walthamstow, London.

Clearwater were commissioned by St Johns College Cambridge to undertake the role of commissioning managers and the production of record drawings for the building services that form the refurbishment of ‘E’ Staircase. Also, as part of the services provided to the college, Clearwater carried out 3D scanning of the ‘E’ Staircase, Chapel and the Fellows Hall.

Clearwater Norwich, on behalf of Integral Building Services, were employed to undertake the mechanical and electrical for the Katherine Warington School and sports centre facilities.

Clearwater were commissioned by ROMO Fabrics to be their design compliance managers for the building services being installed within their new headquarters building.
