Clearwater worked alongside MICA Architects to provide the mechanical and electrical design proposals for the development works forming part of the overall masterplan at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in Holborn London.

Clearwater have been commissioned by Greystar and Tide Construction to be their designers and BIM Modellers for the building services for the Greenford Green 200m residential and commercial development being undertaken by Greystar

Clearwater have been commissioned by the Institute of Food Research to be their design compliance managers, Clerk of works and commissioning mangers for the building services within the new Quadram Institute building.

Clearwater were commissioned by ROMO Fabrics to be their design compliance managers for the building services being installed within their new headquarters building.
