Commissioning Management

We provide many of our clients with commissioning management and validation services. We have listed below some of the services we can offer - 

Rooms and Buildings: 

• Interfaces with services are complete.
• Interfaces with equipment are complete.
• Door gaps are as specified.
• Room sealing is adequate.

Pipe Services:

• Systems are installed as designed and specified.
• Witness Pressure testing of the entire system is complete.
• Witness Flushing and/or chemical cleaning of the system is complete.
• System capacity checks are all complete.
• Records of the variable settings are all documented and marked.
• Pump tests (speed, current consumption, and differential pressure) are complete.
• Records of the operation and maintenance training are complete.

HVAC Systems Services:

• Systems are installed as designed and specified.
• Leakage testing of all systems is complete.
• Confirmation of the system air volumes both with clean filters / filters simulated at 110% of dirty simulation.
• Balancing of all systems is complete and within specified limits.
• Records of the variable settings are all documented and marked.
• Fan tests, (speed, current consumption, airflow and differential pressure) are complete.
• Motor size and type are correct.
• Noise tests of the system (NR or NC reading in each occupied room/area served by the system) have been undertaken.
• Performance has been proven and validation documentation provided.
• Records of the operation and maintenance training are complete.
