Greenford Green .

Clearwater have been commissioned by Greystar and Tide Construction to be their designers and BIM Modellers for the building services for the Greenford Green 200m residential and commercial development being undertaken by Greystar.

The project is located in South Ealing, West London, and is to be constructed on an extensive derelict 10.6-hectare site which spans the Regent’s Canal. The development is made up of 8 blocks with block 4 and 5 accommodating over 500 dwellings; the majority of the building is being constructed off site in modular components by Tide Constructions’ partner Vision Modular Systems.

Our role on this prestigious project is to produce the stage 3 and stage 4 designs and be retained for the construction perions by tide to check the construction installation.  Also, as part of our commission we are undertaking routine inspections of the modular system units as they are being constructed within the Vision Modular Systems manufacturing facility.

Further to our appointment, Clearwater will also commence a site-based role towards the end of the project to witness and verify the installed building services are as per the client brief.
